Fiat Service App


Technical service personnel needed an application to automate the automobile repair and maintenance processes.

But this application should be user-friendly, integrated with web services, fast and efficient.While developing the application, we interviewed more than 20 technical service personnel at 4 service points determined by Fiat.

It took 10 minutes for service personnel to register a vehicle in the service system. With the design we developed, this process has decreased by 7 minutes.
